Under the Bridge Publishing is the children's and young adult imprint of Under the Bridge Creative — an independent studio and registered company based in Saskatchewan, Canada.
We publish books that take young readers seriously. Not books that talk down, not books that tie everything up too neatly. Stories that trust children to feel things, to ask hard questions, and to find themselves somewhere between the lines.
Our catalogue spans middle-grade through to young adult fiction for readers ready for something with more weight.
We ask one question before every title: will this book still be on the shelf in ten years? If the answer is yes, we're interested.
We publish what young people need to read, not just what's selling this season.
As an indie imprint, every book we take on gets the full weight of our attention. No backlist filler. No chasing IP.
We aren't currently open to unsolicited manuscripts, but we plan to be. When submissions open, we'll be looking for children's and YA fiction that earns its place on a shelf for years to come.
